Co-Founder

Philip Fahrig

As a Virginia Beach native and co-owner of Anything Home, Phillip Fahrig is dedicated to delivering exceptional client and trade partner experiences. With decades of experience in construction, sales, and management from his career with a local and global tile and stone supplier, Phil prioritizes exceeding his Clients expectations with every project. Phil admits there are a lot of well recognized contractors in the area, however, the customer service aspect has received the least attention and Anything Home makes it a priority.

When not on the job site or in the office, Phil enjoys family time with his wife, Mara, and their kids, Brandon and Audrey. And when time permits an occasional round of golf.

Ken Smith

Ken Smith, co-owner of Anything Home, brings over 15 years of expertise in construction and project management. A Virginia Tech graduate in Building Construction, Ken’s career began as a carpenter and advanced to leading operations as a Production Manager. In 2022, Ken was Recognized by Remodeling Magazine as a “Top Forty Under Forty” leader.

When not at work Ken also resides in Virginia Beach with his wife, Amanda, and their animals, Callaway, Coconut and Cashew.

Our Story

Ken and Phil met through their previous careers and shared a vision for redefining construction services. In 2022, they merged their companies, combining more than 40 years of experience to create Anything Home and more recently Anything Handyman. Together, they are passionate about delivering high-quality craftsmanship and exceptional customer care to every client.

Initial Consult

Budget Proposal

We visit your space and discuss your project goals

After our initial visit, we'll provide a complimentary Budget Proposal, offering a rough estimate of the costs to bring your project to life

Design Agreement

The Design Agreement covers the creation of a Design Package, which includes plans, renderings, construction documents, selections, specifications, a schedule, and a work quote. A small deposit is required to begin the Design Package, as it involves significant time and resources. This value is credited toward the Construction Agreement.

Construction Agreement

The Construction Agreement formalizes the Design Package, outlining project details, purchase price, payment terms, specifications, and conditions. Once signed by the property owners and Anything Home, construction can be scheduled."
